Since launching in 1999 the
“Naiad Explorer” has logged over 6000 hours (approx. 1500 hours/year) with
minimal downtime. She operates year round, serving the forest industry
from October to April and provides whale watching tours during the summer
months. At the same time she is on call with the Coast Guard auxiliary and
has made many rescues.

vessel very versatile:

knots, top speed of 38 knots.
